Recent regulatory changes affecting your personal checking accounts may impact your ability to make one-time check card purchases or make ATM withdrawals.
Today, Hancock Bank's standard overdraft service for eligible personal checking accounts allows us to authorize and pay, at our discretion, transactions that would create an overdraft on your account.
Under the new rules, we must specifically obtain your consent to extend our overdraft services to your ATM withdrawal and one-time check card transactions.
