  • Visit any Hancock Bank branch and set up a checking or savings account.
  • Enroll in e-Banking or e-Banking PLUS. Find out more about these service options.
  • Your mobile device must be internet enabled to access Mobile Banking and must feature a text plan for Text Banking. We suggest that you first check with your wireless carrier.

Follow these three easy steps to enroll in Mobile Banking and bring all of your Hancock Bank accounts to the palm of your hand:

  1. Go to hancockbank.com on your computer.
  2. Sign on to your e-Banking account and choose Mobile Banking.
  3. Follow the activation instructions:
  • Enter some brief information about your mobile device.
  • Check your phone for the activation code text message.
  • Bookmark the URL on your phone, or download the Mobile Banking app.
