Deposit, ATM and Other Fee Relief
Hancock Bank will waive and/or rebate its charges for customers using other banks’ ATMs in areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.
Hancock Bank will waive and/or rebate fees for domestic wire transfers transmitted from Monday, August 29, through Friday, September 9, 2005.
In affected areas, Hancock Bank will work with certificate of deposit customers who may need to withdraw a portion of their funds, penalty free, before maturity.
For customers who need to reorder checks, please call 1-800-355-8123 (reference code: L3).
Hancock Bank will waive the fee for Internet Bill Pay until further notice.
Hancock Bank recognizes that conditions created by Hurricane Katrina could result in
customers in affected areas being overdrawn. Please contact your local branch or call our customer service number to discuss these special circumstances.
 
Services for Loan Customers
Hancock Bank will work with mortgage customers in affected areas to minimize or prevent delinquencies, based on investor guidelines.
Consumer and commercial loan customers in affected areas may qualify upon request for a payment and/or maturity date extension with no extension fee. Talk with your local

Hancock Bank invites those who have been displaced by Hurricane Katrina to contact us for expedited services on new mortgage loan applications.
Hancock Bank will offer special “Together We Rebuild” discounted rates on new, direct
consumer installment loans.*

For your convenience, we are opening more locations in affected areas daily. As of September 8, Hancock Bank has 76 branches open, including 29 in Mississippi, 42 in Louisiana and all five Florida branches. Visit www.hancockbank.com for updates on branch status, as more offices are opening daily.
