    Yes, in order to Login in to our on-line application system you will need both a User ID (your e-mail address) and a Password (created by you).

  7. What if I don't have an e-mail address to use on the Login page?
    There are a variety of websites that offer free e-mail addresses such as Yahoo, MSN and Google.

  8. What do I do if I forget my password?
    Click on the "forgot my password" link located on the Login page. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address on file.

  9. How do I check the status of my application?
    You may check the status of your application by clicking on the "View Application Status" link on the Search page.

  10. What does it mean when my status says "Incomplete"?
    This means that you have not fully completed the application and we will not be able to consider you for the position. To rectify this, please log back into the system and make sure you complete each page, filling out each consent form and electronically signing and dating the application.

  11. How can I speak to someone regarding my application?
    If your experience matches the qualifications of the position you have applied for you will be contacted by a member of the Employment Division for a prescreening interview.

  12. How often are the job postings updated?
    We update the open positions daily.

  13. What is the difference between Creating a Profile and Submitting an Application?
    Creating a Profile is simply a means of entering basic information about yourself and your work history. You may enter this information at any point and then, in the future, log back in to your profile and attach it to a particular position, thus creating an Application for yourself. Submitting an Application means that you are showing interest in a particular position within our company. You will NOT be considered for employment until we receive a completed Application from you.

  14. Can I update my Application?
    Yes, you can log in to your account and make any changes that you'd like to your Profile. Remember to save the information before exiting the system.

  15. Will I be considered for positions other than the one I applied for?
    Yes. A member of the Employment Division will review your application and compare your qualifications to all open positions.

  16. Can I apply for more than one position at a time?
    Yes. You can submit an application for any open position if you meet the minimum qualifications. However, you are limited to having 3 active applications at any one time.

  17. How will I know if Hancock Bank has received my Application?
    A notice will be sent to your e-mail address on file.

  18. How long will my Application remain in the system?
    Your application will be active for a period of 60 days. After that period of time has expired, you will need to log back into the systems and complete a new application.
