Making the Switch...
New! Online Cash Management
For Net Solution customers
We'll be making the switch to our new cash management system soon. Just follow these steps:
  1. Visit our Online Education Center to learn how to use the new features.
  2. Systems administrators will soon recieve an e-mail from the bank letting you know when your site will be ready. It will also include instructions to call cash management support to received your initial log in information.
  3. The first time you log in you will be directed to enter a new Password. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters, and include at least one letter and one number.
  4. After logging in, you will be prompted to set-up your new Enhanced Online Security. Complete the brief form. That's it. You can now access your information and begin using all the new Net Solution features.
  5. Our new template-driven system will make Net Solution faster and easier to use. If you need help, refer to Online Education Center and the User Guides provided, or contact us at 866-594-2304 for personal assistance.

New! Enhanced Online Security

Hancock Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Net Solution customers. We are adding an additional layer of security to our log in process to help protect your business from fraud.

Our new security system verifies your identity in two ways. Every time

you log in to Net Solution, the bank identifies you, and it lets you identify the bank using a private image and pass phrase.

It's very easy to use and there is no software to install. Just follow the Online Education Center tutorials to learn how to enroll and log in.

ACH and Wire customers

Please note that any changes you make to your ACH database and wire templates after April 6, 2007 will need to be re-entered into the new system. So it's a good idea to keep track of any changes made after April 6th.
