Free Electronic Check Recovery

Your Hancock Bank team continuously strives to provide customers like you with enhanced services and easy to use resources that add value to your business.

One such service made available to your business is electronic check recovery services (Check Recovery Services). As you are aware, Check Recovery Services were provided to you by Federal Automated Recovery Systems (FARS), a division of Infinity Business Group, Inc. (IBG). IBG-FARS attempted to collect any returned checks presented to your business, and if successful would deposit the money collected into your account and notify you of their progress.

Hancock Bank terminated this relationship with IBG-FARS this past August and IBG-FARS ceased business operations on September 1st. As a result, your returned checks will no longer be sent to IBG-FARS for collection and instead you should expect returned items to be delivered to you for collection.
